I Miss You!!!

You are all on the plane right now and the staff that have stayed behind are devastated. We already miss you all so much. The residence is completely empty and silent and it makes us all want to cry. The Last Night

For our last night together we had a great 3 course dinner together behind Piazza della Signoria. Afterwards we had free time for a last gelato and then headed back to the residence to get ready to go dancing. A few students also took advantage of the Lounge on the Terrace option instead. The rest of us headed out for a great last night of dancing at Space Electronic. At 4am everyone loaded up the bus and the goodbyes started. I don't think any of us will ever forget this experience. The tears were definitely proof of that.

Talent Show

From Sydney's dance routine to Taggy's Aluminum Annihilation, the talent show was full of fun and surprises. All said, Tyler was hands-down the star of the night!

Viareggio Beach Trip

We had a really relaxing day at the beach on Saturday. We arrived before the crowds and had the beach to ourselves for a little while. We had fun listening to all the vendors come by selling their products. COCO COCO! Kites, hats, dresses, sunglasses, henna tattoos, massages, you name it, they were selling it.

Iron Chef!

Each cooking group was given the same bag of random ingredients from which they could make any sort of culinary creation. Taste, creativity, and presentation were all judged by our two honorary judges Fede and Jeff. Each cooking group brought their creations down to the terrace and after presenting their dishes to the group we all dived in and sampled everything. VERY TASTY! I think I share my sentiments with everyone when I say that I will always remember the importance of GARNISH. :)
